                      Good afternoon Alma and Dwayne,

                      Bill and Vito have finished all their work in the laundry room -- it looks great!

                      Cindy and I want let both of you know how pleased we are to have the Bill and Vito helping to make our home look better. They do wonderful work, are polite,                        and both really enjoy what they do.
